Today's my first time linking up with lowercase letters for Miscellany Monday!
{one} My great husband put our slightly ghetto crib up last night! While we are waiting for the headboard to come in {without a chip in it}, he went ahead and put up the one we have in the room to get the room looking better! I'm so happy! We both couldn't stand looking at that huge box anymore!
{two} I've kept up with my Summer Goal ~ which was to try and do one load of laundry a day. If you've been following for a while, you know I HATE LAUNDRY. I hate the process it entails. So, I set out to do one load of laundry along with folding it and putting it away {for most of you that goes with it, for me, that's the extra step, ha!}. I've been doing pretty well! Come 2 weeks...not sure if I'll have the same energy with work!
{three} Cinnamon Melts from McDonald's. Have you had them? They are amazing! A must try for sure. I also had my first COKE since I found out I was pregnant. I had a kid's small from McDonald's. No judging please. It was the highlight of my week last week.
{four} Anyone have any good 4th grade or intermediate teaching blogs to share? I've found lots of first grade ones or primary ones, but I need some inspiration for the older kids! Please share to my email or comments if you do! :)
{five} I finally finished my one big project for baby girl's room! I love the way it looks! Here is a sneak peek and a tutorial will be coming soon!
Have a great Monday!!

I can't wait to see the room.
ReplyDeleteDo you follow What the Teacher Wants? They are 1st and 5th grade teachers so they do a lot of both.
I am moving to 5th from 3rd so let me know if you find anymore.
no that is not correct. I am moving from 3rd to 5th. Jeez. Darn pregnancy brain.
ReplyDeleteStopping over from lowercase letters. We have the same summer goal. :) I HAVE to do a load of a lundry a day. I got tired of doing 6 loads on a Saturday.
ReplyDeleteThanks Abby! I just checked it out! Also - WOW! You are moving grades and having twins! You are one tough cookie! I'm already soo nervous about maternity leave. Any tips?!
ReplyDeleteTry www.mrsrenz.net/ I used it all the time when I taught 4th grade. I love all the ideas she has! This will be my 2nd year teaching 1st after 11 years in either 4th or 5th. Good luck!
ReplyDeleteLoved reading about your coke experience!! hahhaa...No wonder we're friends, we have so much in common-LOVING Coke and HATING laundry! I have about 15 loads to do!
